Order Cancellation & Return/Refunds Policies

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by filling in the contact form here within 2 hours of order placement. After this time, your order cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be provided.

Incorrect product received

If we ship you a wrong product, we will arrange to pick it up at our expense. The correct product will be shipped to you at no extra cost.

Undeliverable shipments / Shipments lost in transit

If the your shipment is returned to us as undeliverable, we will endeavour to contact you by email or telephone for confirmation of the delivery address and re-arrange delivery. If you do not receive shipment order within 21 working days of the shipment date, and we are unable to track it with our shipper, we will send you a replacement.

Returning your Order

If you wish to return any / all products in your order after you have received them, please contact us here. We will then issue a return authorisation number. All products(s) that are being returned must be sealed in their original packing and must be in a resaleable condition. You will bear the responsibility of packing the product(s) securely and shipping them at your expense to the address that we provide. Please use a trackable courier service.
Note: We do not issue refunds if the product(s) have been opened or used. We also do not issue refunds for product(s) that are either damaged or lost in transit. 

Refunds

Once your refund has been approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
