How do I view my order status?

How do I track my shipment?

To track the progress of your shipment, please follow the link below and enter the Tracking Number provided in the MY ACCOUNT (Order Tracking) section:

How long does delivery usually take?

All orders received before 11 AM on working days are shipped on the same day.

Orders received after the cut-off time of 11 AM will be dispatched on the next working day (excl. Sundays and public holidays).

Orders are shipped via Express Courier (Delhivery / Blue Dart). Typical delivery times are between 2 to 5 working days, depending on your delivery address. For shipping charges, please see here.

How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by filling in the contact form here within 2 hours of order placement. After this time, your order cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be provided.
